Mr. Ikemefuna Okafor is the Chief Executive Officer of Salvic Petroleum Resources Limited. An oil industry veteran with experience spanning across continents, his core competencies cut across: Oilfield Operations Services Management, Human Resources (Personnel), Formation Evaluation Services, Seismic Services, Oilfield Data Consulting Services, Sand Management Services, Completions, Oilfield Intervention and Remediation Services.
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from University of Nigeria Nsukka.
Boma Brown is an oil and gas industry expert with a professional experience spanning over 27 years. He worked as a field Seismologist with Seismograph Service Limited (SSL) after which he joined Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in Nigeria as an Oil and Gas Engineer. While in Shell, he had various trainings, on the job exposure and leadership positions in Engineering, Production, Planning and Economics, Project Management, Technical Auditing and Asset Management in Nigeria and Netherlands.
Prior to joining SALVIC Petroleum Resources, he was the Managing Director of Belemaoil Producing Limited, an indigenous oil producing company in Nigeria.
He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt and MBA from Rotterdam School of Management Netherlands.
Mallam Umar Yahaya’s career in the last 37 years spans through the Investment, Merchant and Commercial Banking landscapes in Nigeria. He was an Executive Director at First Bank of Nigeria, Managing Director of New African Merchant Bank (now merged into Unity bank) and was a Director in several other companies engaged in various sectors of the Nigerian economy including Cement, Steel, Fabrication, Paper Productions, Registrarship, Insurance and Commercial Banking. He was also the President of Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Mines and Agriculture. He is, in addition to being a Director at Salvic Petroleum Resources, the Chairman of First Pensions Custodians and a Trustee of the PZ Cussons Foundation.
An Alumnus of Harvard Business School, Mallam Yahaya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in the same discipline. He also has a Diploma Certificate in Banking from the Manchester Business School.
Dame Marie Omoruyi Fatayi-Williams is one of the earliest few female executives in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, with experience spanning 30 years. She played a major role in the transition of Elf Petroleum (now Total E&P) from land operations to sea (Offshore) with the coming on stream of the Odudu Field, and was also involved in the Amenam-Kpono Project. She has hands on experience in Community Relations ideas generation to project supervision/commissioning as well as CSR ideas conceptualization and advisory. For 12 consecutive years, she was an active member of the Nigerian National Organizing Committee of the World Petroleum Congress (WPC), participating fully in 6 congresses: Buenos-Aires, Beijing, Stavanger, Calgary, Rio de Janeiro and Johannesburg.
She holds a degree in French from University Of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and M.Sc. in International Law/Relations from University Of Kent, Canterbury, UK.
Mr Ernest C. Ebi has extensive banking experience, both locally and internationally. He brought his experience to bear in some A-listed Nigerian banks and played a major role in the legendary Project EAGLES that transformed Central Bank of Nigeria to a leading global reserve bank. In recognition of his service and track record of meritorious service, the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2007 awarded him the National Honour of Member of the Federal Republic (MFR).
Joe Anyigbo is the Managing Director/CEO of Signal Petroleum Service Limited and is also on the Board of several companies including Pharma Deko Plc, GBNY Investment Ltd, Xerox HS Nigeria Ltd, Multinational Technologies Ltd, Ihiala Microfinance Bank, Salvic Petroleum and others. He started his career as a Chemical Engineer with Gulf Research and Development, Pennsylvania and retired as a pioneer Executive Director in Chevron Nigeria Limited, where he helped to establish, modernize and expand the oil- giant's Nigeria arm.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College, Pennsylvania, and an MBA from University of Pittsburgh, both in the USA.
Mr. Philip Chukwu is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Salvic Petroleum Resources Limited. He is currently the Managing Partner, Philip Chukwu Associates, a petroleum management consultancy which he founded in 2012 and also serves as Non-Executive Director on the Boards of other companies including NatCom Development & Investment Ltd (operating as nTel), Brass LNG, NetcoDietsmann and Ciscon Nigeria Limited, an oilfield Services Company.
He retired from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 2012, after thirty-three years of service, having served in the positions of Group Executive Director Exploration & Production, and later Group Executive Director Refining & Petrochemicals between 2009 and 2012.
He is an alumnus of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Nigeria, with a BSc. (Hons) Second Class Upper in Applied Geophysics.
Mrs. Henrietta Igra Chioma Orjiako is a seasoned administrative expert with 19 years experience, managing various businesses ranging from private real estate, oil & gas trade and construction, as well as performing due diligence on the management of private wealth portfolio, private stocks oversight and philanthropy. She is an excellent team builder with a strong multilinguistic and extensive multicultural exposure, fluent in English with a bias in French. Enthusiastic, self-confident with a strong sense of purpose and openness to improvement and growth.
She holds a degree in English Language from University of Yaounde, Cameroon.
Mr. Kwabena Poku-Amanfo has over 25 years of working experience. He is the former CEO and Founder of Eirene Capital Management (ECM) and was a Director in Standard Chartered Bank, covering Corporate Advisory (M&A and Infrastructure) for West Africa. He has also advised a number of International and Nigerian transformational transactions, including SEPLAT’s acquisition of three OMLs from Shell. A former investment banker with JPMorgan in New York, from 2000 to 2008, he was involved in various transactions, including the origination and execution of corporate finance in a broad range of industries, including the energy sector, with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $2.5billion and raised over $25.0billion in capital markets transactions.
Kwabena has an MBA (Concentration in Corporate Finance) from Cornell University and a B.Sc in Biochemistry from the University of Kent – Canterbury U.K. He is a UK trained Chartered Accountant and member, Association of Corporate Treasurers, UK.
Mr. Ebenezer Ajayi has over 28 years diversified experience in management, reservoir engineering, production operations, gas development, reserves, asset management, field development and planning, financing and economics evaluation of oil and gas assets. He also has a global E&P exposure spanning across onshore, offshore and deep-water operations and developments in Nigeria, Angola, USA Gulf of Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Brazil.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
Kenneth Okechukwu Ezeoke has worked and managed firms whose clientele span across companies and individuals active in Oil and Gas, Insurance, Corporate and Commercial sectors of the Nigerian economy. He has also represented clients in Acquisitions and Disposal of Oil and Gas Assets. Over the years, he has provided Company Secretarial and Sundry Services to other clients based on in-depth understanding of Company and Commercial Law.
He holds degrees from the University of Nigeria, Howard University USA and a degree in Mineral, Petroleum Law and Policy from University of Dundee, Scotland.
Celine Loader is a Business & Brand strategist with over 25years’ experience from a variety of organizations, including a blue-chip multinational. She has worked in diverse sectors: Technology (with software giant Microsoft UK, Africa and Middle East); Banking (with United Bank for Africa, First Bank of Nigeria and the Regulator, Central Bank of Nigeria, as Director of Marketing and Communications); Media (as founding Executive Director of ASPIRE Media Ltd, UK); Oil & Gas (as Board Advisor in SEPLAT Petroleum Development Co.).
She has won many recognitions, including the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners Excellence Award, Guardians of the Nation International Role Model Award, Fellow of the Institute of Brand Managers, and the maiden Microsoft UK Finance and Admin Measure of Excellence (FAME) Award.
She holds a Masters degree in Development Economics from the University of Reading, UK.
Chidi Chukwueke has about 30 years oil and gas industry experience, from Exploration through Development to production. He was recently the Director, Government Affairs for Seven Energy; the Managing Director, Universal Energy Resources Limited and a former Business Relation Manager for Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company.
Holds a Masters degree from the University of Montpellier France and Doctorate degree in Geophysics from University of Pau, France.
David Oye-Igbemo is a Human Resource professional with over 28 years of progressively responsible and diversified experience in the Manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities industries. Notably successful in Business Partnering, Talent Management, Strategic Reward Management, Organization Development and multi-country Human Resources service delivery. He is a creative and analytical team player, and adaptable to fast paced work environments.
He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Master’s in industrial relations and personnel management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Francisca brings over 28 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Her working experience spans a broad spectrum of disciplines including Finance, Management and Organisational Development Systems, Treasury Operations, Accounts Payable, Business Planning and Economics, Audit, Business Principles and Ethics, Governance and Risk Management, Change Management, Sustainable Development and Community Relations.
Francisca is an Accountant, Auditor, Communicator, Chartered Mediator and Conciliator and a Management professional with special interest in Organisational Development Systems, Process Re-engineering, and Social Performance.
She loves writing poems and short stories and educating young minds.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management (MBA) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Uchechi Nwankwo is a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Process Safety professional, with over 18 years’ experience in the Design, Construction and Operation of Onshore and Offshore oil and gas facilities (Upstream and Downstream) and Chemical Manufacturing.
He has led HSE and Process Safety (Technical Safety Engineering) delivery in major E&P projects, front-end design and production operations in many countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) in the UK and member, the International Institute for Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM).
He is an ardent Rotarian. He is a Paul Harris Fellow/Society Member of the Rotary International.
He holds a degree in Industrial Microbiology, a post graduate in Chemical Engineering and other professional qualifications such as a NEBOSH diploma and certifications in safety engineering and technical risk management methods.
Theophilus Preye Ekiyor-Katimi has 28 years cognate international and local experience at various levels of leadership in the oil and gas sector. He has demonstrated a track record of achieving significant milestones in various oil and gas business units through purposeful leadership, safety and audit skills; management of Joint Ventures, Government and Community Relations; social performance and business inclusiveness.
He holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Nnadozie (Dozie) Okolo has over 17 years’ experience working in Finance roles within the oil and gas industry. He worked with Deloitte (Chartered Accountants) for over ten years; his last role being that of a Manager (Audit & Assurance) within the Firm’s Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) suite.
He holds a degree in Geology from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria and he is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He has also attended numerous management courses in Oil & Gas Accounting and Financing, within and outside Nigeria.
Engr. Simon M. Ukpaka has 39 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with 20 of those years in the Upstream division of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). He has led various capital projects with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Chevron, Total, ExxonMobil and AGIP Joint Venture partners. He bagged an Honorary Doctorate degree in Project Management (DPM) from the London Graduate School, the UN- POLAC Ambassador for Peace Award (AmbP), a Commendation Letter from the Nigeria Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) Management for the successful takeover of OMLs 26, 42, 30, 34 and 40 from SPDC after Divestment, without shut down.
He is the founder of Akachukwu Akonam Foundation (AAF), a foundation for mentoring the youth and assisting widows.
He holds a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria. He attended several local and international management training programmes including the Oxford Advanced Leadership program and Thunderbird Global Business School, Arizona.
Innocent Mmuoh has about three decades of experience in Financial Management, Banking and General Administration with specific emphasis in Auditing, Taxation, Consultancy, Fraud and Forensic Investigations.
A Certified Forensic Investigator/Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, he is also a Specialist in Financial Modeling, Budgeting and budgeting processes. His recognized strengths are in the areas of Budgeting and budgeting process, Business Process Re-engineering and Design, Integration of Business process models with Information Technology to drive business at Product and Strategic business unit levels.
Innocent Mmuoh has audited and investigated very high level and complex financial transactions of several Federal Government Ministries/Agencies and Multi-national institutions.
He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano.
Oye has over two decades’ extensive experience in the banking and non–banking financial Institutions. He has since 1994 held the position of Managing Director, Leadway Assurance Company Limited, and presently, the Chairman of FBN Bank (UK) Limited. In addition, he is Chairman, Leadway Pensure PFA Limited; Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) and a member of the Board of Special Olympics Nigeria (SON).
He had, at various times, served on the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Committee for the Review of Insurance Laws; Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) and member of the Executive Committee of the African Insurance Association (AIO).
Oye holds Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Houston. He is also a Munich Re scholar and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School respectively.
