Salvic employs an Assess-Plan-Do-Check-Act (A-PDCA) cycle which begins with a Risk Assessment. The cycle is positioned as an important process in the structure of the Integrated HSSEQ Management System (IHMS). In the A-PDCA cycle;
“ASSESS” involves risk assessment and the establishment of legal and other requirements and implications
“PLAN” involves the drafting of HSSEQ Plans and Emergency Response Plans
“DO” and “CHECK” involves the collection and analysis of HSSEQ-related data as well as the audit process
“ACT” involves the management review
