Graduate Trainee Program

Salvic realises that investments in employees are investments in the company’s future.

The GTP is designed to meet specific manpower needs of the organisation and it involves an intensive one-year training, after which successful Trainees are integrated into the system. Trainees that meet set standards at the completion of the training will be offered regular appointment.
