Traditional oil exploration & production (E&P) has become a margin business, necessitating that industry players adapt to innovative financial structures, combined with strong execution capabilities to offset rising project life cycle costs, whilst delivering superior investment returns in a sustainable manner.

In an era of increased focus on efficiency and diversification of asset base, we are strategically differentiating ourselves as a performance based low-cost operator, providing novel solutions to challenging situations and otherwise difficult assets within the energy sector. This places Salvic ahead of the curve.

As part of our strategy which involves offering an expert mix of technical and financial competence, our drive is to innovate solutions and deliver commercial results, even from seemingly non-commercial assets, thus generating superior returns for stakeholders. With the emerging changes in the global energy landscape, particularly the progressive shift away from fossil fuels to a mix of alternative and renewable energy sources, our strategy is to focus on providing energy solutions, structured around the core areas of Upstream, Midstream and Downstream with the attendant integration opportunities and economies of scale. Integration across the full hydrocarbon value chain ensures the continuous creation of value to stakeholders under multiple of business environments. We are nimble in our operations, exhibiting the ability to execute on agreed goals, and periodically we review our strategy to stay ahead of industry evolution and maintain our key value proposition of being a low-cost and performance driven operator.

Our Business Units

Upstream
Our primary business model in the upstream space is in most instances to provide technical and funding services to the equity partners on existing assets with robust resource bases. Positioning ourselves as a lowest-cost operator forms a significant part of our value proposition.
Midstream
Another significant component of our value proposition is our commitment to de-risk assets’ otherwise “risky operations”, by providing sustainable innovative solutions throughout the value chain.
Downstream
We have positioned our company, in the long haul, to provide end-to-end value across the entire oil and gas value chain. Our unique development approach for land-locked assets expressly benefits from this business unit. Our exclusive conversion process includes novel refining and Gas-to-Liquid technology.
